Marketing Communication Executive

    Scope of work

    Develop and maintain corporate marketing activities such as marketing research, networking, and promotion.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    1. Branding and marketing activities

    • Manage the company's media channels 
    • Assist in designing and drafting press releases, PR materials, and advertisements
    • Participate in general company delegation
    • Support supervisors in promotions or CSR projects with company partners

    2. Create a report on market research, competitors, and relevant issues
    3. In charge of documents process & date storage of Marketing department
    4. Keep a good relationship with the press, associations, and partners on a national and provincial level.
    5. Organize on-site events or activities
    6. Other tasks assigned by supervisor

    Requirements

    • B.A. degree in marketing, advertising, business administration or related field
    • Fluent in Vietnamese and English, especially speaking, editing and translation skills
    • Computer literacy (MS office in particular)
    • Photoshop/ Photo shooting (Basic level is acceptable, company will provide learning course if necessary)
    • English TOEIC Score: Minimum 600
    • Other language: Optional (Chinese, Korean, Japanese is preferred)
    • Open-minded and good at networking
    • Good with paperwork and reporting
