Job Description
- Develop and execute Marketing, Branding, and Communications strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead brand development, manage brand image and content, and handle communication and reputation management issues.
- Drive integrated online and offline marketing campaigns to increase revenue, traffic, and business performance.
- Oversee Digital Marketing, E-commerce, CRM, and Martech platforms to enhance customer experience and conversion rates.
- Manage sales activation programs, POSM, and in-store marketing activities across the retail network.
- Control marketing budgets, optimize ROI, and establish performance KPIs.
- Recruit, coach, and lead the Marketing team while fostering a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–10+ years of Marketing experience, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Branding, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, and E-commerce.
- Retail, FMCG, or large-scale distribution experience preferred.
- Strategic, data-driven, customer-centric mindset with strong leadership capabilities.
- Proven ability in budget management, ROI optimization, crisis communication, and team development.
