SCOPE OF WORK
• Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies;
• Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts;
• Generating new business leads;
• Increasing brand awareness and market share;
• Coordinating marketing strategies with the BD, OPS, FA, HR & Tech Dept.;
• Developing and managing the marketing department's budget;
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns;
• Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events;
• Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends;
• Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals;
• Work closely with Human Resources to lead the team with integrity and establish and
maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or similar
• At least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Manager position (experience in technology companies: Big4, On-demand, eCommerce, Fintech, Games preferred);
• Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software;
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding;
• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities;
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong time management and organizational abilities;
