Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations and manage manpower allocation, material supply, and warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor production schedules and work progress while maintaining quality standards and addressing operational issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure stable production performance and achieve operational efficiency targets set by the company.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to optimize production planning, resource utilization, and workflow efficiency.
- Identify and resolve production and logistics issues to minimize operational disruptions and improve overall productivity.
- Maintain effective inventory control and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to material and warehouse management.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Possess strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage manpower and material resources effectively to avoid production interruptions caused by labor shortages or insufficient materials.
- Have experience in inventory management and the ability to ensure stock levels are maintained in accordance with company requirements.
- Be capable of responding quickly and effectively to issues arising in production and warehouse operations.
- Be able to communicate effectively in Chinese for daily business operations.
