Mechanical Application Engineer

    Job Description

    • Technical Consultation: Provide accurate technical information about mechanical products and related items, advise customers, and resolve inquiries regarding product usage and applications.
    • Product Inspection & Evaluation: Conduct quality inspections and assessments of products before delivery to customers, ensuring compliance with technical standards.
    • Installation & Maintenance: Assist customers with the installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical products and related equipment.
    • Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Work with the maintenance team and customers to identify and resolve technical issues related to bearings and mechanical systems.
    • Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide technical information, support negotiations, and recommend suitable technical solutions for customers.
    • Internal & Customer Training: Participate in training sessions for internal employees or customers on mechanical products to ensure a clear understanding of product functionality and operational processes.
    • Product Knowledge Development: Continuously update and enhance knowledge of new products, technologies, and industry trends.

    Requirements

    • Gender: Male
    • Age: 24 – 30
    • Number of Openings: 3
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
    • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the mechanical field, preferably with in-depth knowledge of bearings or similar mechanical products.
    • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical products, especially SKF bearings, with the ability to perform technical analysis and read technical drawings.
    • Communication Skills: Ability to interact with customers and coordinate with different departments to ensure work efficiency.
    • English Skills: Basic communication skills in English, especially in technical terminology.
    • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
    • Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel outside Hanoi for extended periods when required.
    • Work Ethic: Ability to work both independently and in a team, with agility, honesty, and a strong learning attitude.
