Overview
- Develop medical marketing & communication strategies that align with Brand claims and Brand objectives.
- Enhance the brand's reputation within the medical community in Vietnam.

Responsibilities
1. Medical Product Management
- Develop and Deploy the multi-channel (0+0) medical strategy in line with brand strategy. Work with x-functional team to build up integrated medical plan and develops medical communication contents
- Take charge of scientific and competitor monitoring/ analysis in medical areas
- Strategize and implement medical launch plan for new products/ innovations. Validate medical communications/ Adapt the content and the communication tools to the targets and different touchpoints
- Establish and nurture business relationships with target customers and healthcare industry leaders. Build visiting plan to deliver communication plan & medical activities to achieve goal of assigned products
- Organize and manage medical education events, workshops, and seminars
2. Training
- Circulate scientific and medical expertise across departments; conduct training sessions for Medical Representatives and relevant external stakeholders.
- Supervise and support a Training Specialist in reviewing and validating training content, ensuring accurate product knowledge is delivered effectively and on schedule to all key stakeholdersKPI
- Build stronger brand presence & recommendation from HCP (proven by market share, sales growth)
- Success of medical events and educational organization
- Lead the scientific delivery to external & internal stakeholders with quality
- Compliance with regulatory standards in medical communications
- Number and quality of partnerships with healthcare professionals
- Positive feedback from the medical community
Qualification
- Pharmacist background is mandatory. Experience and knowledge in the pharmaceutical or derma-cosmetic sectors will be an advantage
- Strong network within the Vietnamese medical community (preferred specialized in derma industry)
- In-depth knowledge of local medical regulations
- Excellence in communication, stakeholder management and problem solving
- Energetic, proactive, and dynamic personality with strong adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and willingness to take initiative
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal) to effectively collaborate with regional and global teams (knowing french is a plus)
- Strategic thinking capability with a passion for proposing innovative and impactful medical initiatives
