RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct thorough medical reviews of scientific and promotional materials across various stages of product development to ensure accuracy and clinical relevance, aligning with local procedures.
- Offer scientific guidance to the marketing team to enhance promotional messaging based on scientific evidence and clinical context, in adherence to local standards.
- Collaborate with local medical, headquarters, and legal teams to mitigate company risks associated with promotional materials.
- Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Aids for local medical reviews as necessary.
- Provide relevant metric reports related to medical review processes.
- Prepare metrics reports for internal stakeholders when required, offering feedback on emerging issues and trends.
- Ensure all reviewed content is scientifically accurate, truthful, and compliant with regulations and company standards.
- Record review decisions in the appropriate System of Record and ensure promotional materials align with Product Circulars.
- Act as a member of the Promotional Review Team (PRT).
- Offer clinical expertise and advice to stakeholders during the development of medical and scientific content.
- Support Country Medical Directors as subject matter experts for medical review processes.
- Serve as a product subject matter expert during the global assurance process for country assessments.
- Complete all necessary company training to maintain compliance with company policies and standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in both Local Languages and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills, including the capability to convey technical information effectively.
- Display thorough knowledge and comprehension of pharmaceutical industry corporate policies, procedures, and external regulations.
- Possess keen attention to detail and maintain a high level of accuracy in tasks.
- Actively foster a positive team attitude and contribute to a highly productive teamwork environment.
- Exhibit the capability to manage workload peaks, meet deadlines, and handle stress independently with professionalism.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously as needed.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of and willingness to embrace digital innovation.
