JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop & sell finished products to distributors/agents
- Develop & sell private label finished products to customers
- Develop & sell semi-finished products to customers
- Co-operate with online commercial platforms to sell finished products to agents/consumers
- Research market trends and connect consumer trends to company’s finished product portfolio.
- Market analysis: customer needs, competitor’s strengths, and weaknesses
- Set the long-term vision and strategy for finished products portfolio
- Support distributor (in needed cases) to build brand and related marketing activities for launching brand.
- Planning and conducting suitable online (websites, e-commerce / webshops, Instagram, Linkedin, Zalo, etc) and offline marketing activities with a budget
- Monitoring and reporting on development, sale activities
- Other relevant tasks
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business administration, Commercial business or related field.
- 1-3 years of extensive experience in Sale/Marketing/Brand management in a Nutraceutical or food related company. Experience in selling Nutraceutical or Food supplement products … is an advantage
- Strategic, innovative and creative personality with a strong business acumen (entrepreneurial spirit)
- Integrated marketing & advertising knowledge
- Fluent in spoken and written English
2. Skills
- Proficient in office informatics: Word, Excel, Power Point
- Know relevant software / apps / social platforms: Facebook, You tube, Instagram
- Multi-tasking, creative and open-minded
- Skills in planning, implementing and monitoring
- Communication, presentation, negotiation skills
- Strong in problem-solving, data analysis, and budgeting
- Skills of market judgment, analysis and evaluation
- Excellent presentation and teamwork skills
