Operation Manager

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute annual operational plans, translate strategic objectives into clear KPIs, monitor performance, and make necessary adjustments to ensure targets are achieved.
    • Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
    • Analyze operational metrics such as cost, productivity, and capacity to identify improvement opportunities, address process bottlenecks, and implement optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams including Quality, Procurement, ES, and Finance to resolve operational challenges and ensure effective resource utilization.
    • Establish and continuously improve operational management systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, standardization, and operational excellence.
    • Lead and develop the operations team through recruitment, training, performance management, and team building initiatives to strengthen capability and execution.
    • Manage operational risks and unexpected issues such as supply chain disruptions or quality complaints by developing contingency plans and ensuring timely implementation.
    • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, including at least 2 years in a team leadership role. Experience in a related industry is an advantage.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 

    • Strong understanding of end-to-end business operations
    • Proven ability in process improvement, data analysis, and cost management
    • Good problem-solving and coordination skills in cross-functional environments
