Operation Manager (Freight Forwarding)

    Main Responsibilities:
    1. Build the plans and strategies of business development

    • Build the plans, orientations and development strategies for the business in the present and in the future.
    • Participate in organizing, managing and implementing the strategy.
    • In charge of closely following the implementation process.

    2. Maintain and expand relationships with strategic partners

    • Exchange and negotiation with strategic partners.
    • Establish, build and maintain diplomatic relationships with strategic partners.

    3. Manage general operations of all departments

    • Develop short-term and long-term strategies and plans for the Sales department to ensure the company's revenue's targets.
    • Manage overall customer service operation, service quality and management resources of customer relationship.
    • Monitor the service quality through customer's reflection & engagement.
    • Monitor the operation of back office departments (Finance - Accountant Depts & HR - Admin Dept.)

    4. Internal management

    • Build and develop internal processes. Implement periodical evaluation of these processes and continuously improve innovation.
    • Develop training programs for all Depts.
    • Develop goals and KPIs for all Depts.
    • Supervise the activities of all departments, speed up the progress, quality and capacity of all employees' work.
    • Monitor the internal operation of the company and build a safe and healthy working environment.
    • Consult and build an effective personnel team to ensure the overall operation of the Company.

    Job Requirements:

    • 2 - 3 years of experience or more in the position of COO/Operation Manager in the forwarding or import-export industry;
    • Priority is given to strong experience of US routes both sea/air.
    • Fluent in English, Chinese is preferred.
    • Good MS Office.
