JOB DESCRIPTION
- To provide superior customer service to our customers and continuously strive to improve the level of service delivery.
- Resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems over emails and phone calls.
- Identifying/Escalating priority issues and reporting to the higher management.
- Well versed with basic Air Cargo Operations in Saudi.
- Knowledge of Cargospot and Smartkargo Systems.
- Verifies invoice prices against the agreed pricing as specified in the order.
- Preparing all documentation required for Air Cargo.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in SAP ERP will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership capability and ability to work under pressure
- Very Flexible and can adapt to any change.
- 2/3 years of experience in Logistics Customer Service & Documentation.
- Fluency of English/Arabica
