Operations/ CRM KSA

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • To provide superior customer service to our customers and continuously strive to improve the level of service delivery.
    • Resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems over emails and phone calls.
    • Identifying/Escalating priority issues and reporting to the higher management.
    • Well versed with basic Air Cargo Operations in Saudi.
    • Knowledge of Cargospot and Smartkargo Systems.
    • Verifies invoice prices against the agreed pricing as specified in the order.
    • Preparing all documentation required for Air Cargo.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Experience in SAP ERP will be an advantage.
    • Strong leadership capability and ability to work under pressure
    • Very Flexible and can adapt to any change.
    • 2/3 years of experience in Logistics Customer Service & Documentation. 
    • Fluency of English/Arabica
