Role Description
· Prospect for possible new customers within the designated sales area using cold phoning, Internet research, recommendations from current customers, social/professional networking sales, and networking gatherings
· Create concise and persuasive written quotes and proposals for prospects with the help of corporate stakeholders, including senior management and commercial and risk underwriters.
· Forecast regularly to facilitate efficient sales planning.
· To meet yearly sales goals, make sure the sales potential is properly utilized.
· Assist the Risk department in taking joint responsibility for the portfolio's loss ratio and provide a successful outcome for the company.
Qualifications
· At least 7+ years of experience in Partnership Management or B2B Sales, experience in corporate banking, non-life insurance, and financial services is preferred.
· Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies and building strong partnerships
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue growth
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
· Able to work independently and in a team environment, with a result-oriented mindset
· Proficient in English
