Partnership Manager

    Job Description

    • Find, pursue, and conclude business deals with prospective clients among the recognized, predetermined anchor partners. 
    • Support for welcoming new clients and cross-selling of various goods 
    • Develop and sustain relationships with customers guidelines and criteria for KYC customers 
    • Maintaining relationships with current customers while cross-selling new products and upselling old ones 
    • Ensure top-notch customer service and effective management of complaints for all partners and clients within designated portfolios. 
    • Cooperating with other internal divisions to provide customers with quality goods and services 

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, banking, or a related field; 
    • A minimum of two years of sales experience in corporate banking, fintech, financial services, or other relevant industry sectors; 
    • Strong sales skills and communication in Vietnamese and English; 
    • Strong aptitude for problem-solving and the capacity to manage challenging circumstances. 
    • To succeed, overcome obstacles, and work under pressure, must be open-minded, well-connected, and adaptable. 
    • Be goal-oriented, well-organized, and enthusiastic.
