Partnership Manager, Employee Banking

    Job Description:

    • Connect businesses with e-payroll systems.
    • Promote sourcing and activation booths in authorized businesses
    • Keep track of and monitor sales productivity to take advantage of all business prospects, cross-sell rates, and deliver effective service quality.
    • Manage business relationships to increase the number of people who purchase personal products like credit cards, e-payroll, personal loans, and home loans.
    • Promote corporate enhancements, such as e-Payroll, from portfolio firms to primary enterprises.
    • Collaborate with other business banking and corporate and transaction banking divisions to diversify your clientele.
    • Keep tabs on market share and rivalry, gather knowledge about their strategies, and be proactive
    • During initial setup, corporate interface, ensure proper onboarding, listing, and categorization of corporate
    • Charged with upholding corporate listing regulations' compliance.
    • Ensure that corporate e-payroll processing is set up without issue, and make system interface easier.
    • Encourage the system to adhere to service quality requirements in an effective operation with well-controlled risks
    • In charge of overseeing service camps, corporate service issues, and assistance

    Job Requirements

    • At least 2 years’ experience in sales B2B
    • Good at English communication.
    • A highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven individual with excellent time management abilities.
    • Passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service, with the capacity to work with people of all levels in challenging circumstances;
    • Team player with initiative and assertiveness;
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
