Partnership Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage strategic relationships with assigned life insurance partners, acting as the key contact to drive collaboration and long-term business growth.
    • Prepare and deliver partner communications, market insights, investment updates, and presentation materials for business reviews, partner engagement activities, and client events.
    • Partner with Product, Investment, Marketing, and distribution teams to support product development and enhancement initiatives through market intelligence, partner feedback, and commercial recommendations.
    • Assist the Head of Life Partnership in growing life insurance business flows by developing sales collateral, analyzing campaign performance, monitoring business results, and identifying growth opportunities.
    • Ensure high service standards across partnership accounts by managing partner feedback, resolving escalated issues, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen partner and customer experience.
    • Support business planning, management reporting, partner review meetings, and capability building initiatives within the Life Partnership function.
    • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Life Partnership.
    • Coordinate and support business activities across designated mutual fund distribution channels to ensure smooth operational execution.
    • Facilitate AML/KYC onboarding and review processes for new and existing clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to conduct investment seminars, deliver training sessions, and present complex financial concepts to various audiences.
    • Solid knowledge of investment products, including mutual funds, bonds, investment linked products, and other wealth management solutions, as well as the regulatory framework governing Vietnam's financial market.
    • Proven experience in partnership management, key account management, or stakeholder engagement, with the ability to build relationships and influence senior decision makers.
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
    • Exposure to product development, proposition design, or investment solution positioning is highly desirable.
    • Professional certifications such as CFA or a Vietnamese Securities Practicing License would be an advantage.
    • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience within Wealth Management, Priority Banking, Asset Management, Securities, Insurance, or related financial services sectors.
    • Working knowledge of AML/KYC requirements, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
