Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Oversight
- Lead and mentor the People & Culture Manager and Administration team while providing strategic guidance to a 10 member Talent Acquisition function currently managed by two senior leaders.
Talent Acquisition Excellence
- Partner with TA leadership to ensure effective workforce planning, high quality hiring outcomes, strong talent pipelines, an engaging employer brand, and a fair, compliant candidate experience.
Organisational Transformation
- Drive the continuous evolution of company culture, fostering an agile, inclusive, and high performing workplace that remains competitive within the global technology landscape.
People Strategy
- Develop and execute a forward looking people agenda that aligns talent priorities with business objectives and supports an increasingly AI enabled operating environment.
Organisational Development
- Lead initiatives across learning and development, performance management, leadership growth, and succession planning to support long term organisational success.
Employee Experience & Culture
- Champion programs that enhance engagement, inclusion, employee wellbeing, and retention across a diverse and multicultural workforce.
Requirements
HR Leadership Experience
- Significant experience in a senior HR, People & Culture, or Human Resources leadership position within Vietnam’s technology sector.
Cross Cultural Expertise
- Strong understanding of Vietnamese workplace dynamics combined with the ability to effectively collaborate across Western business environments, particularly with stakeholders in Europe, North America, and Australasia.
Change Leadership
- Proven capability in leading diverse teams, managing organisational change, and driving people initiatives in fast moving, growth oriented businesses.
Strategic & Operational Capability
- Able to influence at executive and board level while maintaining a practical, hands on approach to execution.
Future of Work Knowledge
- Solid understanding of emerging HR trends, including AI adoption, hybrid work models, and the changing expectations of today's workforce.
Communication Skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
