Performance Marketing Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Strategy & Growth

    • Define ambitious performance objectives and actionable strategies for the team.

    • Develop scalable, data-driven marketing models to maximize revenue, profit, and customer lifetime value.

    • Stay on top of industry trends to continuously innovate and outperform competitors.

    2. Leadership & Execution

    • Own full-funnel paid media strategy from ideation to execution, ensuring ROI and profitability.

    • Lead and inspire a team of 5–10 marketers, fostering a results-driven, high-performance culture.

    • Implement streamlined processes to enhance campaign efficiency and delivery.

    • Analyze, optimize, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights for senior leadership.

    3. Team Development

    • Act as a mentor and coach, empowering team members with skills, mindset, and growth opportunities.

    • Encourage continuous learning and adaptability to evolving digital marketing platforms.

    • Provide feedback, training, and career development support to build future marketing leaders.

    4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work with the Supply Chain team to develop accurate sales forecasts and scalable growth plans.

    • Collaborate with Creative & Content teams to deliver impactful ad creatives.

    • Align with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution across channels.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a data-focused or business-related field (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analysis, IT, Economics, Applied Mathematics).

    • Professional certifications in marketing, data, or project management are a plus.

    • Proven experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or paid media with strong analytical skills.

    • At least 2+ years of experience managing and scaling digital campaigns with multi-million-dollar ad spend across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, or other digital channels.

    • Strong leadership experience managing teams of 5–10 members.

    • Familiarity with BI tools, marketing automation, or analytics (SQL, Python, etc. is an advantage).
