Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning

Define clear performance objectives and action plans for the team.

Develop models and frameworks to achieve performance targets.
2. Team Leadership & Execution
-
Establish processes to manage daily, weekly, and monthly team activities.

Lead and manage a team of 3–5 members, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to optimize campaigns.
-
Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to the executive team.
3. Coaching & Development
-
Mentor and support team members to enhance both technical skills and growth mindset.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
-
Partner with the fulfillment team to create sales forecasts and scaling plans.

Collaborate with the content team to develop impactful creatives that drive conversions.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a data-driven or quantitative field (e.g., Accounting, Data Analysis, Computer Science, IT, Economics, Applied Mathematics).

Alternatively, a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Investment Economics, or related areas.

Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or Data-related certifications are a plus.

Background in natural sciences or academic achievements in Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry is an advantage.

Proven experience in roles requiring strong data and logical thinking (e.g., Accounting, Auditing, Finance, IT, Data Analysis).

Experience leading and managing a small team (3–5 members).
