Job Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture design, development, and deployment of enterprise scale AI/ML platforms and applications, focusing on LLMs, Foundation Models, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
- Own technical decisions across the AI lifecycle, including model selection, training strategies, fine tuning, inference optimization, deployment pipelines, and production reliability.
- Define and standardize AI engineering practices, frameworks, and infrastructure to ensure scalability, maintainability, security, and high performance across GPU and cloud environments.
- Drive research, experimentation, and evaluation of emerging AI technologies, translating innovation into scalable business solutions and long term technical direction.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems and customer facing products.
- Act as a technical leader and mentor for AI engineers, providing guidance on architecture, best practices, and complex problem solving.
Requirements
- 6 to 8+ years of hands on experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning development within enterprise or large scale environments.
- Strong experience building, training, fine tuning, and deploying modern AI solutions, including LLMs, NLP models, Computer Vision systems, and Generative AI applications.
- Proven expertise in designing and operating large scale training and inference pipelines using GPU infrastructure, cloud platforms, or distributed computing systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives, define AI solution strategies, and support the delivery of complex AI projects.
- Solid understanding of AI system reliability, security, data governance, model quality, and operational best practices in production environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Professional certifications in AI/ML, Cloud Computing, GPU Computing, or Distributed Systems are advantageous.
- Experience working on R&D initiatives or bringing AI research into production environments is highly preferred.
