Priority Relationship Manager

    Job description: 

    • Identify and attract new customers.
    • Develop new client relationships to offer Priority Banking products and services such as Deposits/Savings Accounts, Wealth Lending, Forex products, Insurance, and Cross-selling other products.
    • Leverage existing networks to grow the client portfolio.
    • Upgrade potential clients to the Priority Customer segment.
    • Ensure accuracy in transaction documentation and processes.
    • Collaborate with the product development team to sell more complex products based on identified customer needs.

    Customer Service Management

    • Deliver high-quality remote customer service in line with management's service standards.
    • Participate in regular training sessions to provide excellent service to new and potential clients.
    • Ensure transactions are handled with precision and a commitment to meeting customer needs.

    Requirements

    • Associate’s degree or higher.
    • In-depth knowledge and versatility in Priority Banking products. Strong sales and customer service skills.
    • Skilled in identifying, building, and growing customer bases.
    • Proficient in establishing and maintaining customer relationships based on their needs.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Teamwork abilities across various levels to deliver outstanding performance.
    • Experience in Banking or Insurance is a plus.
