Procurement Manager

    Location: HCMC

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Lead project execution and drive all sourcing activities (RFI, RFP, e‐sourcing, Supplier onboarding, Due Diligence, Negotiation, Contracting)
    • Lead and conduct project progress meetings with stakeholders and partners (External)
    • Stakeholder management and communication proactively seek to engage business partners and stakeholders to understand their short and longer-term strategies
    • Drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance and improving efficiencies and effectiveness
    • Manage key supplier performance against business requirements
    • Stay well informed of the category market knowledge, development, and data analysis to gain critical insights to drive the selection of sourcing strategies and continuous improvement activities
    • Collaborate with Global, regional category, and Centralized Function teams to ensure compliance and adherence to company procurement processes
    • Achieve cost control, cost reduction and cost containment targets to achieve annual reduction for Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
    • Actively participate in achieving the company’s supplier diversity and sustainability goals

    Required Experience and Skills:

    • Minimum Bachelor’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics with 7 years of experience in a local or regional procurement role
    • Experience in Logistics and marketing categories preferred
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Language: Proficient in English and Vietnamese
    • Must have strong follow‐up skills and attention to detail
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and people management without authority
    • Strong problem‐solving skills with a structured process improvement thinking mindset
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to extract relevant insights to develop sourcing strategies and support negotiations
    • Ability to work in environments with potentially conflicting priorities
    • Self‐starter and able to work in a dynamic environment, adaptive, flexible, and able to multitask
    • Proven success in developing and executing sourcing strategies
    • Effective time management skills, organizational and interpersonal skills, and conflict management.
