Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage end-to-end procurement operations, including sourcing strategy, supplier management, bidding, and contract negotiation.
• Develop and implement procurement policies, systems, and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional supply chain activities, ensuring cost optimization, timely delivery, and quality standards.
• Build and maintain a robust supplier network, ensuring long-term partnerships and risk management.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, especially ERP system implementation and optimization within the procurement domain.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and innovation.
• Contribute to strategic planning and support the long-term growth of the enterprise.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields.
• Proven professional experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role within Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Experience in ERP implementation for procurement management is strongly preferred.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
• Dynamic, adaptable, and creative, with a strong drive for continuous learning and professional development.
• Ambitious, growth-oriented, and capable of leading teams toward achieving corporate goals.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is required; Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
