What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct user, market, and competitor research to identify key problems and define product strategies.
- Translate product strategies into clear objectives and actionable plans. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop effective solutions.
- Deliver new features and products to market. Clearly communicate product value to users and internal teams.
- Define success metrics, gather data and feedback, and use insights to improve the product.
- Reflect on shipped work, experiment, and continuously improve the product.
- Take ownership of products/features, make key decisions, and motivate your team toward shared goals.
- Contribute to various product areas:
- Build tools that let users manage analytics logic using code and Git, making workflows more scalable and maintainable.
- Increase adoption and value of Holistics by improving access and distribution.
- Help enhance open-source tools like dbdiagram, dbdocs, and DBML to boost developer productivity.
