ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Engage in focus groups and other research endeavors aimed at meticulous data collection concerning culture or customer behavior.
· Conduct surveys or polls on topics such as public opinion or customer satisfaction.
· Develop research methods and instruments that meet client needs for data collection.
· Undertake market research initiatives to identify prevalent trends or emerging opportunities within distinct industries or markets.
· Perform audience analysis, including the identification of target audiences and the assessment of campaign or message reach.
· Identify and collaborate with specialized research firms operating within diverse fields or regions pertinent to the company's business endeavors.
· Participate in client meetings, facilitating discussions on research objectives and presenting insightful findings.
· Develop market segments based on demographic characteristics, including age, gender, geographic location, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, among others.
· Provide information and report as requested by direct leaders.
· Conduct regular inspections to promptly detect and prevent violations in the department.
· Undertake any other tasks as assigned by direct management.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Market Research or related fields.
· Minimum 5 years of experience as a Market Research Director/Senior.
· Experience of working within the automotive industry is an advantage.
· Demonstrated commitment to achieving excellence in quality and efficiency.
· Possess keen insight into the company's business operations coupled with exceptional leadership capabilities.
· Excellent English proficiency.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to provide comprehensive, strategic guidance.
· Excellent analytical skills, with the capability to make critical decisions, manage projects, and enhance processes.
· Thorough understanding in accounting, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
