Location: Bac Giang
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Manage all production-related activities from input to output.
• Make sure production meets daily productivity targets and keeps on-time delivery.
• Make sure safety and quality are kept during production time.
• Check and follow the production plan to keep sewing lines continued.
• Manage workers and production staff.
• Give training to production teams, and keep them all motivated for work.
• Cooperate with other teams in handling audits, buyer visits….
Requirement and Experience:
• College graduate up, preferably in garment or textile majors.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in a garment factory.
• Good at English and Vietnamese
• Computer skills
• Good at communication, interpersonal, leadership, and management.
