Key Responsibilities:
- Production Management Oversee the entire production process, from ingredient preparation to mixing, shaping, proofing, and packaging.
- Planning & Scheduling Develop and implement daily and weekly production plans to meet the needs.
- Quality Control & Yield Management Manage production yield and troubleshoot quality issues quickly.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination Manage raw materials and packaging supplies to ensure uninterrupted production and minimize waste.
- Warehouse & Distribution Oversight Ensure timely and safe storage, handling, and distribution of finished products to stores or distributors.
- Compliance with Food Safety Standards Enforce and uphold all food safety protocols including GMP, HACCP, and Halal certification requirements.
- Equipment Maintenance Coordinate with engineering teams for routine maintenance and repair of production machinery.
- Process Optimization Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Team Management Lead, train, and supervise production team members. Promote a positive, accountable, and performance-oriented work culture.
- Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with QA/QC, Warehouse, Logistics, and Store Operations teams to ensure alignment.
