About the Company:
The company is a Dutch EPE manufacturing plant specializing in producing precision metal components for high-tech industries, including semiconductors, analytical systems, and solar energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Fostering and sustaining strong relationships with strategically important key accounts.
- Lead a cross-functional team within the Sales and Programs organization, aligning Account Management, NPI Project Management, Project Engineering, and Supply Chain Management to ensure seamless program execution. Hold full operational responsibility as Program Manager.;
- Interface between the company and customers, ensuring alignment across finance, technology, processes, supply chain, quality, and operations.;
- Work with internal teams and customers to drive improvement programs in quality, lead time, technology and cost — including new product introductions, cost reduction, lead-time optimization, quality improvement, and value engineering initiatives
- Oversee key customer performance across turnover, margin growth, inventory, change management (ECO), and EOQ/MOQ parameters;
- Substitute for the Account Manager in case of absence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Science, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- Experience or strong affinity with Manufacturing Technologies — machining, sheet metal, welding, assembly, surface treatments, testing, and qualification.
- 5+ years’ experience in program/project management and commercial functions in the mechatronic systems or equipment industry
- B2B experience in Semiconductor, Solar, Analytical, or Healthcare industries preferred
- Drive technology improvements, equipment efficiency, quality enhancement, and structural cost reduction within the organization
- PMP certified, Baan ERP or related.
- Flexibility, analytical thinking, collaboration, creativity, negotiation.
- Project management and multitasking skills.
- Stress resilience, open-mindedness, proactivity, helpfulness, and commercial awareness.
- Fluent in English;
- Strong leadership competences, people manager – capable to influence people;
- Change manager – capable to drive change independently;
- MS office, MS project preferred
