Location: Quang Ninh (shuttle bus stations from Ha Long and Hai Phong)
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee consultants and handle activities related to obtaining master plan approval, investment certificates, and enterprise registration certificates
• Conduct research on industry trends and potential new markets to support project development.
• Perform site surveys and analyze land locations
• Gather and analyze information on potential business opportunities and market strategies
• Assist in drafting and negotiating contracts
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Proficiency in English at an intermediate level or higher.
• 3–4 years of experience in land development, project management, or related roles in real estate investment.
• Skilled in drafting and editing official documents for submission to relevant authorities.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to assess complex information effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD is preferred.
