· Construction Team
o Execute quality projects ahead of time and below budget.
o Coordinate and liaise with relevant authorities and permitting team for timely issuance of necessary permits/licenses.
o Develop and supervise in-house teams for design and sourcing material.
o Support the EPC and O&M partners selection process.
o Lead the reduction in EPC and O&M costs while maintaining HSE, technical, standard guidelines.
o Supervise technical, contractual, and insurance matters.
o Monitor quality standards during construction.
o Ensure safety at sites at all times and the application of 5S principles.
o Provide transparent and timely reporting to the head of construction.
o Site visit and make site report as per request.
o Supervise material deliveries and related inspection procedures and material storage.
o Manage payment requests from EPC partners and material suppliers.
· Business Development Team
o Perform site inspection & produce site inspection reports to Business Development team for new prospects/ projects.
· Asset Management Team
o Assist Asset Manager(s) on roof inspections.
o Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the direct manager and team members of related teams.
