Job Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Oversee and maintain customer project timelines, ensuring smooth project execution by breaking down tasks and allocating responsibilities to relevant internal teams while coordinating cross-functional activities related to project progress.
- Provide customers with regular updates on project status and promptly communicate any issues that may impact timelines or deliverables.
- Convert customer product specifications into clear internal execution and control requirements to support project implementation.
Order Management
- Process customer purchase orders and coordinate with the PMC team to confirm feasible delivery schedules.
- Manage order modifications by communicating updates with customers and ensuring timely internal alignment with relevant departments.
- Review and analyze customer demand forecasts, monitor order trend fluctuations, and escalate key findings to management when necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trade, Business, or related fields.
- Fluent in Chinese or English (4 skills) with strong communication abilities.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management and order management, preferably in manufacturing environments.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, including procurement, assembly, quality control, tooling, molds, and plastic injection.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills.
