1. Responsibilities
- Institutional sales through architects, builders, Consultants etc.,
- Managing a team, tapping new project orders
- Business Development, key account management
- Budgeting and planning for the institutional sales for a financial year of the depot.
- Building up the network of business partners
2. Requirements
- University, Major: Civil / Construction / Architecture / Building Material / Silicate Technology....
- Have 2 - 5 year experience in Project Sales
- Have good relationship with Real Estate Owner, Contractors, Design & Build Service Companies
- Good hands-on knowledge of cement / construction chemicals
- Medium English communication
