Job Responsibilities
- Perform tasks related to project business & manage LCAC/ CAC dealer and M&E partners to achieve sales targets monthly/ quarterly/ yearly.
- Develop and train new potential customers (LCAC/CAC dealers, M&E contractors, general contractors, project partners, etc.).
- Regularly meeting with customers to strengthen relationships and get inquiries about new projects with the above-mentioned customers.
- Searching, maintaining and developing relationships with customers through sales and marketing activities of departments and companies.
- Prepare weekly sales reports on competitor activities to superiors, and analyze the results obtained after implementing activities.
- Carry out work related to forecast PSI to get sales results of the project sales department.
- Coordinate with engineering support departments, marketing departments, and after-sales service departments...implement business development activities of key products & B2B marketing in the assigned area (work management through a KPI standardized set)
- Report and execute other tasks from the direct management level (CAC sales manager) in accordance with the approved monthly/quarterly/yearly business plan.
Job Requirements
1. Language: English & Vietnamese
2. Skills: analysis, presentation, problem-solving, change management, relationship &
customer care skills, etc. (entertainment skills).
3. Knowledge: HVAC & Business Administration
4. Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in project business, with strong relationships with LCAC/CAC dealer channels, investors, and general/M&E contractors.
