Project Sales Executive

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    1. Client relationships

    • Establish solid relationships with key decision-makers in the designated territory to ensure higher chance of winning; 
    • Visit clients frequently in the allotted territory
    • Track and promote team members' use of service offers to ensure that clients are satisfied

    2. Deliver high winning rates and lucrative sales at residential, leisure, industrial, healthcare, education and commercial projects 

    • Ensure that the project priority rule is properly implemented (to prevent non-concentration made);
    • Revise and consult with the Key Account Manager on the business proposal before submitting it to the National Sales Manager for approval; 
    • Gather insight about competitors and report to the National Project Sales Manager along with a proposal for a suitable response;
    • Assure that the team continues to sell specified products that produce high profits for the Company.


    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    1. General knowledge, abilities, and credentials

    • Effective negotiation and selling skills; 
    • Strong communication and organizational skills; 
    • The ability to operate in a team; 
    • Fluent in English.

    2. Key Success Factors: 

    • Experience as a Sales Executives or Supervisors with the Water Heater 
    •  Experience with Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, and Building Materials Experience in project sales
