Responsibilities:
- Responsible for acquiring new projects in Energy and managing relationships with assigned current clients.
- Oversee bid submissions, ensure timely follow-ups, and facilitate ongoing discussions with clients and consultants.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts for the company, and seamlessly transition the project into the execution phase.
- Develop market-specific strategies and initiatives to penetrate new markets and achieve order intake targets.
- Oversee project schedules and ensure timely document submissions.
- Manage project schedules and ensure the timely submission of documents.
- Facilitate communication between customers, consultants, joint venture partners, and the project management team.
- Act as the liaison between the customer in Vietnam and the company’s main offices.
Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or relevant major
- Have experience in Sales/ Project Sales/ Business Development/ in the power/energy industry
- Proficient in English (all four skills) and computer skills, particularly MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of customers and building rapport.
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels, with fluency in English and strong computer skills.
