Job Responsibility
Project Business Development and Sales Support
- Advise and develop strategies for project market penetration and business development aligned with market conditions and the Company’s growth strategy.
- Develop and implement strategies and plans to promote and sell core products through the project channel.
- Establish sales regulations, policies, and frameworks for project channel business development of branded products.
- Conduct research, surveys, and analytical reports on market project information and competitors to recommend suitable pricing strategies.
- Organize market research and surveys on customer needs (technical features, product usage, selection criteria, quality, pricing, etc.).
- Identify and engage with Investors, Design Consultants, and M&E Contractors to introduce and position products in new and potential projects nationwide.
- Act as the primary liaison with investors, construction firms, contractors, and distributor clients regarding project contracts, sales contracts, technical documentation, and product quality.
- Coordinate and conduct risk assessments throughout the project development process; prepare management reports and provide risk alerts during execution.
- Lead, train, and develop the Project Department team; oversee departmental functions and evaluate performance against business targets.
Customer Relationship Management and Network Development
- Manage and coordinate customer complaints, ensuring strong after-sales service and maintaining close relationships with project channel clients and distributors.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with potential project channels and expand the customer base by developing new clients.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned by Sales director.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business, Project Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Good at English.
- In-depth understanding of the Company, organizational structure, products, distribution channels, and markets—particularly within the construction and project contractor networks.
- Knowledge of real estate, construction, project development, partnerships, and joint ventures
- Strong professional skills in sales, communication, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation.
- Excellent logical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Creative and innovative mindset.
- Effective time management and task prioritization skills.
- Risk management expertise, including the ability not only to identify potential risks but also to develop contingency plans, ensuring proactive management within the Project Department and across the Company.
