Project Sales Specialist

    1. Project Sales

    • Identify and approach general contractors and project investors in the steel structure industry.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
    • Negotiate, close deals, and manage business contracts.
    • Market Development:
    • Create business plans to expand the client base in the steel structure sector.
    • Conduct market research, analyze trends and customer needs, and propose effective strategies.

    2. Contract Management:

    • Monitor and ensure the progress of contracts.
    • Handle arising issues to safeguard the company’s and client's interests.
    • Communication and Support:
    • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
    • Provide basic technical consultation to help clients understand products and services.

    3. Requirements
    Experience

    • At least 2 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the steel structure industry.
    • A strong network with general contractors and project investors is a plus

    Skills

    • Proficient in planning, market development, and expanding the client base.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, deal-closing, and contract management skills.

    Language Proficiency

    • Basic English skills, sufficient for work communication and understanding documentation.
    • Other Requirements:
    • Ability to handle work pressure and willingness to travel when needed.
    • Proactive, eager to learn, and continuously improve professional skills.
