Responsibilities:
- Analyze both functional and non-functional requirements of software products, and develop comprehensive quality assurance and testing strategies for a variety of products.
- Collaborate in the planning and design of product system architecture, assess potential risks, and focus on ensuring testability and system stability.
- Innovate and enhance testing tools, technologies, platforms, and product R&D testing lifecycles to improve testing efficiency.
- Participate in the setup of testing systems, technology team planning, and the development of testing technology platforms.
- Lead the design and development of technology solutions and architecture for system integration testing, overseeing solution deployment and implementation.
- Take responsibility for system integration testing during the product deployment phase of the development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality product go-live.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies in the testing domain, applying and promoting them to enhance industry impact.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in QA and QC, with a background in both internet and traditional industries, having participated in large-scale software development lifecycles and possessing strong software development experience.
- Deep understanding of QA theories and methodologies.
- Systematic approach and experience in software quality assurance, with the ability to design and implement software quality control strategies for complex systems.
- Strong analytical and design capabilities, with experience developing testing frameworks and integrating solutions. Familiarity with RESTful API testing, performance testing, automation testing, security testing, as well as black-box and white-box testing.
- Proficient in programming languages, with experience in coding, code reviews, and using version control systems such as GIT or SVN.
