The hiring company – EV Search’s client – is a world leading group in garment/footwear/textile with Vietnam Office based in Hochiminh City.
This QA Manager is expected to manage footwear production in Thanh Hoa province. More details are as follow:
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Factory quality process evaluation.
· Manage factory production from starting to finish, timely detect and solve any daily production issues.
· Conduct meetings with factory’s related team to deploy order production as well as quality follow-up.
· Make sure that factory follow company’s standards in terms of materials, warehouse, products.
· Check inspections and reports to ensure OTP and AQL. Conduct necessary inspections.
· Team management and staff development.
· Periodical report to upper managers following company’s policy.
Requirement and Experience:
· Can speak both Vietnamese and English, Mandarin is a plus.
· University Degree or Technical Degree
· Min 10 years similar experience (footwear & related items)
· Good at production management. Good working skills with factory.
· Good at quality process/management in footwear, AQL…
· Good at MS Office
· Can work based in Thanh Hoa and self-arrange transportation, accommodation, meals…
