Responsibilities
- Manage, plan, and monitor the overall activities of the SMT QA team
 - Act as the primary point of contact for customers
 - Handle and resolve customer complaints together with the team (FACA, 8D)
 - Manage the progress of line verification and shipment reporting (OK2ship, OOB, etc.)
 - Develop recruitment and overtime plans
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
 - At least 5 years of experience in QA/QC; candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role are preferred
 - At least 1 year of experience in SMT
 - English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 650 or higher; the ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage
 - Proficient in office computing
 - Strong communication skills (customer interaction)
 - Proficiency in FACA and 8D reporting
