Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the laboratory’s daily tasks based on customer requirements
- Handle Vietnamese customers onsite at the factory, as well as scheduled and ad-hoc visits from foreign customers
- Develop new laboratory SOPs, update existing SOPs, conduct weekly internal audits, and review OK2Ship reports
- Coordinate with relevant departments to implement new projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of experience in Engineering, QC, Manufacturing, or Lab (preferably a combination of these experiences)
- English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 550 or higher (basic communication skills)
- Good computer skills
- Experience managing a laboratory with a scale of 120-150 employees working in shifts (each shift consists of approximately 40-50 employees)
- Experience in calculating human and machine capacity to meet production plans and KPI targets
- Experience handling onsite customer visits at the factory and working under high pressure and intensity
- Strong logical thinking, ability to independently handle customer interactions
- Ability to work under high-pressure
- Experience working in a laboratory in a flexible printed circuit (FPC) manufacturing plant, including SMT processes (preferred)
- Experience working with laboratory equipment for electronic circuit production, such as FIB, SEM/EDX, FT-iR, Resistance 4W equipment, TDR, Peeling Force, and ORT, in compliance with international standards
