Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and improving the quality management system of the factory, ensuring compliance with ISO, GMP, and related standards. This role requires proven experience in textile/garment quality control and fluency in Mandarin to work effectively with suppliers and partners, along with basic English skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Management System
- Develop, implement, and optimize the factory’s quality management system to comply with ISO, GMP, and other standards.
- Supervise audits and inspections to ensure effective execution of quality policies.
- Promote continuous improvement of quality control processes.
Product Quality Monitoring
- Oversee quality management from raw material procurement to finished products.
- Develop inspection standards; ensure all materials and products meet quality requirements.
- Conduct spot checks and production line inspections; address and correct issues promptly.
Quality Issue Handling
- Respond to quality problems, identify root causes, implement corrective actions.
- Communicate with customers on quality complaints and returns.
- Analyze feedback and take preventive measures.
Training & Improvement
- Organize and deliver quality management training.
- Assess and enhance team’s quality control and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Textile, Garment, Dyeing and Finishing, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience in textile or garment quality control.
- 5+ years in quality management in related fields, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and basic English.
