Responsibilities
- Set up and implement the QMS/IMS for a new factory, leading the process through ISO 9001, ISO 3834, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 37301 certification.
- Build, lead, and develop the Quality team at the factory site.
- Establish and monitor key Quality KPIs, including customer complaints, internal defects, audit findings, and supplier quality performance.
- Lead internal, supplier, customer, and external audits across the factory.
- Develop Inspection and Testing Plans (ITP) for Manifold projects in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Ensure all quality documentation, inspection records, and test results are accurate, complete, and traceable.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for product quality issues and customer complaints.
- Promote Quality Excellence and Continuous Improvement across the factory.
- Provide regular quality performance reports to regional leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant Quality experience, with previous Leader/Manager-level experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; welding background is an advantage.
- Strong experience in piping fabrication is a must.
- Hands-on knowledge of piping collaring, orbital welding, pressure testing, passivation, and valves.
- Proven experience in QMS/IMS, supplier audits, and customer complaint resolution.
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 3834, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 37301.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.
