Quality Safety Manager

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Ensure all QFS activities adhere to Safety/Health Safety Environmental policies and company regulations.

    • Establish, implement, maintain, and improve the QFS system, covering QFS assurance for raw/packaging materials, processing, and finished goods. Guide the enhancement of the QFS system to accommodate new business updates and changes.

    • Participate in regional and global QFS programs as required.

    • Conduct and report on internal and external QFS audits.

    • Handle customer complaints related to QFS issues.

    • Manage and train the QFS team, including on-the-job training and QFS training for both current and new team members.

    • Supervise the operation of in-house laboratories.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • University graduate or higher, preferably in Microbiology, Chemistry, or Food Technology.

    • Familiarity with GSFI requirements and practical implementation of GSFI standards (HACCP, BRC, ISO 22000, Halal, RA, Organic, etc.).

    • At least 8-10 years of experience in food quality assurance; experience with agricultural products is preferred.

    • Proficiency in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) is required.
