Summary
We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Expert specializing in Diagnostic Imaging – Interventional Radiology. The role focuses on advanced imaging diagnostics, image-guided interventions, leadership in departmental development, academic and research contributions, and active engagement in professional communities at national or international levels.
Responsibilities
1. Clinical Excellence
- Perform and interpret advanced imaging (CT, MRI, ultrasound, X-ray).
- Carry out image-guided diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Manage complex and critical cases independently.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated patient care.
2. Leadership & Departmental Development
- Lead and oversee clinical activities in diagnostic imaging.
- Mentor and train radiologists, residents, and technical staff.
- Establish and maintain departmental protocols and safety standards.
3. Academic & Research Contributions
- Contribute to training and education in radiology and interventional techniques.
- Conduct and supervise clinical research.
- Publish and present work in national/international academic forums.
4. Professional Engagement & Recognition
- Participate in professional radiology associations.
- Represent the hospital at conferences and symposia.
- Be recognized as an authority in diagnostic imaging and interventional radiology.
Requirements
- Extensive clinical experience: Minimum 15–18+ years in Diagnostic Imaging/Interventional Radiology.
- Advanced qualifications: Doctorate (PhD, clinical), Fellowship in radiology/intervention, or academic title of Associate Professor/Professor.
- Technical expertise: Highly proficient in advanced imaging and interventional procedures; able to independently manage complex cases.
- Professional recognition: Established national/regional expert with proven academic, research, or professional leadership contributions.
- Licensing: Valid medical practice license issued by the competent authority in the home country.
