EV Search Singapore is expanding our internal team! We are looking to hire experienced Recruiters (3+ years) in Singapore/Asia within the Power & Renewable Energy, Construction, and Engineering sectors. This is an internal recruitment opportunity where you will play a key role in driving our talent acquisition strategy. You must have strong Business Development skills to help expand our market.
Responsibilities
- Actively source clients in Asia Pacific
- Actively source and qualify candidates
- Managing the client's needs and expectations
- Maintaining strong relationships in the market
- Working to improve recruitment efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Quota or goal-oriented
- Able to meet strict deadlines
- Independently motivated
- Excellent business development skills
- Team player
