We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our client. You will act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Responsibilities
- Identifying and developing client/candidate relationships
- Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
- Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond
- Supporting in negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidate
- Offering CV, interview and general career advice
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any major is well considered, preferred newly-graduate applicants
- English proficiency
- Logical, analytical and good at problem solving and framework building; strong at negotiation and partner development
- Excellent ability to solve problems, deal with uncertainties and handle pressure
Nice to have
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong commercial business acumen
- A winning mentality
- The ability to overcome objection and be persistent
