    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our client. You will act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.     Responsibilities

    • Identifying and developing client/candidate relationships
    • Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
    • Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
    • Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
    • Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond
    • Supporting in negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidate
    • Offering CV, interview and general career advice
    • Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in any major is well considered, preferred newly-graduate applicants
    • English proficiency
    • Logical, analytical and good at problem solving and framework building; strong at negotiation and partner development
    • Excellent ability to solve problems, deal with uncertainties and handle pressure

    Nice to have

    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Strong commercial business acumen
    • A winning mentality
    • The ability to overcome objection and be persistent
