Recruitment Consultant - Industrial Manufacturing

    About us:

    We are looking for a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from acquiring clients and identifying and attracting top talent to managing client relationships and delivering recruitment solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Business Development: Identify and build relationships with new clients to expand the company's recruitment portfolio.
    • Client Management: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide tailored recruitment solutions, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
    • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, headhunting) to source and attract top talent for client requirements.
    • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding candidates.
    • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pool developments to advise clients effectively.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, OR any recruitment roles (agency or in- house)
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and achieve targets.
    • Familiarity with recruitment software and job boards is a plus.

    Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

    Location: CDC building, 25 Le Dai Hanh Street, Hanoi.
