    • 7th Floor, CDC Building, 25 Le Dai Hanh, Hai Ba Trung, Ha Noi, Vietnam

    Working Time: Monday - Friday (08h30– 18h00). Lunch Break: 12h00 – 13h30
    Salary Range: Negotiable
    Benefits: Fixed 13th month & Quarterly Bonus & Year-end Bonus

    JOB OVERVIEW

    • Deliver high quality job matches to candidates with clear objectives to achieve a set of specified KPIs. 
    • Be a 180-degree consultant who mainly works with candidate side (Job Delivery) to 360-degree consultant who simultaneously handles both candidate side (Job Delivery) and client side (Business Development).
    • Reports to Team Manager, Industrial & Manufacturing. 

    JOB DESCRIPTIONS

    • Be an active biller to achieve and exceed quarter revenue targets. 
    • Ensure a healthy job pipeline and a regular revenue stream on a quarterly basis. 
    • Search and interview potential candidates to match them with suitable jobs from clients.
    • Attract quality candidates through preparing job descriptions, postings, screening, and shortlisting applicants; as well as by networking, cold calling, headhunting and through referrals.
    • Use various channels for recruitment thereby utilizing and implementing creative recruitment solutions to fill vacancies with qualified candidates in a timely manner.
    • Source suitable candidates by getting to know key players in your industry and building a strong professional network. 
    • Map talents, develop quality talent pools by sourcing CVs regularly and interviewing candidates in advance for existing and future employment opportunities.
    • Follow up a full recruitment cycle from the beginning until closing/offering/post-offering.
    • Make and submit performance reports and industry analysis to Team Manager to be in line with company strategies and goals.
    • Update related data onto company internal system (CRM).
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by Team Manager.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is considered. 
    • 2-3 years (for Consultant) and 3-5 years (for Senior Consultant) of relevant experience in in-house recruitment or recruitment services or technical sales with high motivation to move on into the recruitment services.
    • Express a high willingness to learn, a can-do spirit and a strong result-oriented, sales-oriented mindset. 
    • Able to communicate clearly and concisely, flexibly applying suitable approaches and communication styles to different people and situations.
    • A multitasker, a quick learner, a fast responder, and a task killer. 
    • Flexible, open-minded, agile, and proactive.  
    • Ability to reflect professional business manners and maintain a high standard of work.
    • Knowledge of People Management skills.
    • Good Negotiation skills.
    • Time Management and Planning.
    • Good and smooth communication skills (written and verbal) in both English and Vietnamese.
