Recruitment Leader (Chinese-speaking)

    Job Description

    • Develop and implement annual and periodic recruitment plans in line with business needs.
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities and build, control, and optimize the recruitment budget.
    • Advise the Board of Management on strategies for building and promoting the employer brand.
    • Carry out other tasks and assignments as directed by senior management.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR management, preferably with a strong focus on recruitment.
    • Strong computer skills (MS Office and recruitment-related systems).
    • Good analytical, logical thinking, and data analysis skills.
    • Strong reporting and presentation skills.
    •  Chinese proficiency is required.
