Responsibilities:
- Technical and Service Support: Oversee all technical, application, and service support for the company's products within the assigned region. This includes addressing and resolving customer technical issues, coordinating with factories, submitting customer and monthly service reports, and providing technical training and visits.
- Training and Seminars: Deliver product training, seminars, and customer visits with distributors, dealers, and end users.
- Warranty and Service Management: Manage warranty and service programs for the designated regions.
- Reporting: Submit monthly service and forecast reports, market feedback, and other required data.
- Distributor and Customer Management: Maintain and grow relationships with distributors and customers.
- Sales Growth: Identify sales opportunities and implement strategies for distributors, market channels, products, and segments.
- Additional Roles: Undertake other duties as agreed upon with the company.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation, Mechatronic, Renewable Energy) or related fields.
- Experience: At least 8 years in technical sales, marketing, and business development, preferably in engineered product sales like pumping solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with technical and service issues.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Vietnam water segment, including dealing with dealers, consultants, contractors, and government agencies (preferred).
- Other Skills: Possession of a car and driving license, proactive, enthusiastic, independent, resourceful, and knowledgeable in marketing and social media.
